Absolutely a great hotel, excellent service and welcoming!l, great location!.

Everything! Loved that you could use the spa during the stay! Nice staff, rooms are nice and modern with cool amenities. Breakfast was also good although I would recommend putting a coffee machine with different options.

Excellent location, second to none. Very friendly stuff and nice accommodation.

Staff v friendly room glorious great location

In a very quiet but comfortable position, room is very big. Bed is extremely comfortable. In my room I had a very big bath. Very happy about this stay

Small hotel with private parking located right above the beach. View from the room is amazing, breakfast is decent and staff is helpful.

Very comfortable for the night :)

Everything is great, stuuf are lovely and property is brand new

Personal was very lovely and welcoming! Breakfast where we were able to order different kind of dishes that was included in price. Spa zona that you can book - it had jacuzzi and sauna. Comfortable beds that wasn't too soft. Very polished and quite big rooms comparing others. Terrace on the roof for ordering sparkling drinks or coffee. Relaxing evenings there! Rooms were very tidy and you cam feel that hotel is new. Bathroom was spectacular in it's look and design. Public transport to city centre is very close by and you don't need to call taxi. Location of the hotel was also great - it was in front of shopping mall that had many useful things to buy.

Amazing lovely host, great clean flat with all the facilities The host offered to meet us at the airport, so it was perfect not to look for a taxi at the airport and to be taken straight to the flat.

40 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bus to the historical center. Quiet area. Check-in by code lock. Electric kettle and sugar were in the room. Responded quickly after booking.

The service was very good and we liked the breakfast too. We arrived early in the morning and the room was not yet available, but the personnel promised to send a message as soon as the room will be available. Very good service. Thanks! The sea view was magnificent.

Very modern and exceptionally friendly staff

Location was incredible, couldn't ask for better. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was amazing and having two bathrooms was perfect. The staff were also very helpful on check in.

This is a gem, right in the heart of the original Diocletian Palace, with real character, spotlessly clean and with everything one could need. We didn’t find it noisy, as the bedroom windows face a narrow street, and the air conditioning unit in the lounge also cooled the bedroom with the door left open. We thought it was perfect.

The location is simply unbeatable. Despite being in the center of the Palace (hence the busiest part of town), the rooms are absolutely quiet. We felt at all times treated like royalty :-). Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully presented. The hotel is tiny but very well-equipped, and the rooms are large and comfortable.

Amazing staff! The moment you arrive they make to sure to help you with everything! They even took their time to make our itineraries and packed food for trips earlier than the start of breakfast. They also helped us with our bags due to the many stairs of the old town. Jan was specifically helpful throughout our stay. Food was also great and so is the location! 1 min to Diocletian Palace.

The apartment was beautiful, super comfortable, with nice attentios for guests (fresh drinks and wine). The view on the terrace was mind-blowing, right in front of the cathedral. The location is truly exceptional.

The room was impeccably clean, AC worked great even in the 34-degree heat wave, bed was firm and comfortable, pillows were plentiful, even the soap was top quality. The location is ideal - everything is just outside your door. Plus the owner Falcon is thoughtful, energetic and determined to make everything great for his guests.
