The spacious ground floor room is beautiful, modern, warm, and spotlessly clean with a great shower. The bed is king size and the bedding is super comfy. The room overlooks a neat garden from which stairs lead to a bright room where a more than adequate breakfast is served. The owner Sabina is very nice, warm and informative, and she makes the cakes served at breakfast! She also sent all the relevant information on how to arrive at her property and for self check in along with a map of amazing Urbino within minutes of my booking. I recommend this place whole-heartedly without hesitation.

Everything about it was so amazing, the house and most especially the host. On the first day I was picked up by the host from the station to the property. They showed me around the little town during the car ride. As soon we arrived at the property, they patiently showed me around the facilities and ensured that everything I needed was covered. The following day they prepared a beautiful and delicious breakfast, they even packed me food. They also gave me a lift to the Basilica and picked me up again and dropped me back to the station to farewell. They were just so beautiful and caring. The best and awesome hosts I have encountered so far. I one hundred and one percent recommend it. You will love it. I look forward to going back and booking with them again.
