The room was well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fan, air conditioning, towels, soap, shower gel, TV, and other essentials. I got 2 bottle of water each day for free. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was very clean, with daily cleaning service. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Communication with the facility was conducted online via email and WhatsApp, which was very prompt. They responded immediately and resolved all requests and issues efficiently. On the day of my arrival (early morning), I was able to leave my luggage at the facility, and the room was prepared before the usual check-in time. Overall, they did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast in the nice downstairs cellar is set up for self service and had a excellent selection! The owner and staff is very friendly and offered us to keep our luggage in the hotel until our train was leaving. Highly recommended to stay here for some nights in Domodossola. Grazie!

Before our arrival, she had already warmed up the room with a heater, which made us feel immediately comfortable. She also provided water, snacks, tea, coffee, cookies, and sweets - such a thoughtful and generous gesture. She explained everything clearly and made sure we had all the information we needed. The room was perfectly clean, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay was available. The cleanliness was excellent. I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We felt truly cared for and at home.
