Casa Carmen was an absolute gem in San Cristobal, well located, beautifully designed, the best room we have stayed in our whole trip. The room size was excellent, the bathroom the same, very comfortable, quiet and with beautiful attention to detail. Linens towels etc were all of a great standard. The shared spaces are also very nice and with a homely feeling. We were also able to extend our stay in our room with a very late check out for minimal cost and the team were all very helpful.

Great location, nice garden and a very friendly and flexible owner! The room is also quiet big, and the shower always had hot water a good water pressure. Loved everything.

Great and quiet location, walking distance from everything. Easy self check in. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The shower had good water pressure with hot water. The shared area is a big advantage where you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and oatmeal for breakfast. Both the host and Angelina that works there were friendly and helpful.
