The communication and check-in processes were very good. I didn't meet anyone, but I felt like they were always available to help and made sure I had everything I needed. The room is small but clean, comfortable, quiet, hot water, and even a shared kitchen. Everything was very clean. They were very nice and accommodating with all of my requests. I would stay again. The location is very good and really close to the ADO station. Although I used the AU station, it's about a 15 min walk. Not bad!

The staff was also very friendly. We had a car and we were able to put it in the garage at no cost. The shower was great. Good pressure and hot water. There is a very good hair dryer upon request. There was also AC in the room available in case you need it. We didn't need the temperature was ber pleasant since it is November. The location is great, walking distance for everything you want to visit. Would absolutely stay here again.
