We’ve enjoyed his kindness and his chef skills as he surprised us this some amazing pasta he prepared for all the guests in the villa. It’s my second time coming back and for sure I’ll come back next year as well with family.

Great place, very nice and clean, back rooms are very quiet and confortable, all new inside. Great location, close to services and attractions, Ostrov Monastery and Caciulata are at walking distance, Cozia is ideal to take your car but is lose, at 2 or 3 minutes drive. Excellent service, very friendly and polite stuff, which made our stay even greater! Will certainly come back and warmly recommend this pkace to any traveller.

We liked everything, was clean, fridge in the room, A/C, the pool, lovely staff, big kitchen. Big plus…very close to shop😊 and you get coffee in the morning. They have sauna, but is not open all day, but for us was not a problem 😊.

Situated 49 km from Vidraru Dam, Casa Basarab offers 3-star accommodation in Călimăneşti and has a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. We had a wonderful experience at the guesthouse! The old house has been beautifully renovated, retaining part of its historic charm. The heated pool is a true retreat, perfectly secluded from the crowds. Highly recommended!
