It's always a treat to "come back home". The family room (nr 1 downstairs) has a second side bedroom for kids, and we love the bath in this unit. Got a look at the big suite upstairs also, and WOW, every room simply ticks the boxes 👌🏼 Christine and team are renovating outside - painting and planting and making pretty, which makes it even nicer than already is. Looking forward to our next visit with the team.

Waterstone Lodge is situated in Somerset West and offers stylish rooms and an outdoor pool. Free WiFi and private parking is available. Wow wow wow. That's all I can say. I had such a lovely time here that I even booked 3 rooms for my next visit. Andrew your the man. Thank you 💕 so much for everything and especially for making us feel at home. Nestled between the Hottentots-Holland mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, Bloemenzee Boutique B&B is situated in Gordon's Bay. The stylish bed and breakfast features 2 outdoor pools and a sun terrace. We just spent the most wonderful time in the Cape. Our hosts at Bloemenzee Boutique B&B provided not only the most unforgettable location with fantastic rooms, garden and view over Gordons Bay into False Bay, but also with unbelievable hospitality and the perfect level of family integration and respect for privacy. Dear Lidwien and Frans, thank you so much for a truly wonderful time. PS: Anyone staying at this gorgeous venue should seriously consider Frans's exclusive dinner. PPS: We thoroughly appreciated the absence of a TV set in the room.

Big Skies Guesthouse is situated in Gordon's Bay and only 300 metres away from the beach edged by restaurants and shops. All rooms are air-conditioned and the guest house has an outdoor pool. The location is ideal. Gordon's Bay is a nice little town, not far from Cape Town or the airport. The setting is spectacular, with mountains and sea, and the beach is protected from major waves. There are a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The town is safe and the property secure. There is a beautiful drive along the coast towards Betty's Bay, which I highly recommend. There is a colony of African penguins there. Big Skies has a small pool, which we used in the heat of the afternoon. The breakfasts were very good, and there was a decent amount of variety. I enjoy the personal attention of guesthouses and small hotels, and Kobus and Irene were excellent hosts. Conversation at breakfast and the bar with them and other guests was enjoyable. Parking is inside the property gates and is secure.
