The receptionists are really great, they are welcoming and helpful. The hotel is modern and walking distance to the airport, so it's very convenient for an early flight. It's also very close to a bus stop and a very good restaurant, so you can cover many plans from the hotel's location.

Located opposite Venezia Mestre Train Station, Best Western Hotel Tritone offers an American breakfast, free WiFi throughout and air-conditioned rooms. Rooms have either a classic or modern décor. We got a lucky upgrade with amazingly spacious rooms on the “M” floor. It offered a great breakfast buffet, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. It’s located right by the train station (5 minute walk) where it’s a less than 15 minute train right to Venice. If you wanted to take the bus to Venice it would also be a (5 minute walk).

The staff at the hotel is incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from. There were both hot and cold dishes available, and everything was well-prepared and replenished regularly. The lady in charge of breakfast was so lovely and cheerful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere during the breakfast. She offered warm dishes and even came around to ask if we would like more, which was a really nice personal touch. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-furnished, with a very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. It was quiet and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. We also appreciated the thoughtful details, like plenty of storage and high-quality toiletries. Parking was free and convenient, with the option to park in an underground garage, which felt very secure and protected our car from the weather. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return. The staff’s kindness and attention to detail really made the experience special.

Greatest hotel in Italy on our road trip thru Italy!! amazing modern room, great pillows, air condition was great, extremely polite stuff, great food and vine. Definitely will come back :) stunning lobby and restaurant. Great safety place to park.
