Breakfast was in a separate location from dinner. A very spacious very beautiful area. Coffee was good. The best aspect of this hotel which made us return to it rather than stay additional nights in another resort that cost twice as much was the long walkway board out to the edge of the reef. This meant we could immediately snorkel among a crazy amount of fish. We also did a glass bottom boat tour in Port Ghalib which was a big disappointment as much more marine life on our hotel reef.

Hotel beautiful , friendly staff , very clean , good food. Cheap Uber taxis to the Marina. The boat trip to paradise island definitely worth the trip however please book in the Marina as it’s a lot cheaper than using the hotel reps.

The boat connecting reception and beach, quantity of pools, bedroom size, flexibility for late check out, night shows.

The reception staff (Abdel Fatah and Mohamed) were very welcoming and helpful when I arrived, and upgraded me to an apartment overlooking the Marina, so I had a beautiful view of the boat activity, and actually enjoyed the singing from a club below- noisy, yes, but a great vibe. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate for me, and the waiter (Amr) made sure that I had everything I needed. The beach was close by, and there was easy access directly to a vibrant coral reef, which was far more colourful than I expected. What's not to like?!

the hotel is located between two unfinished hotels, about a 20-minute walk to the center. We had two rooms - spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very large. The breakfast was simple but very tasty, nothing was missing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Outside, the hotel's sandy beach is suitable for children and the restaurant has good food prices. Possibility of sailing by boat. It is better to choose rooms with a view to the beach,

Siva Grand is an exceptional hotel with the most polite and friendly staff. They did a wonderful job and helped us with everything we asked for. We even got breakfast boxes when we went to Kairo. We used lot of their services, we had massages and also went snorkeling with them on a speed boat. The food was great, there are lot of options and if you are on a specific diet then they also help. We can only recommend this place because It was the first time for us in Egypt but they makes us want to come back for more :)

Very quiet location, in front of the sea, with fantastic view of the reef. Very good location if you plan to take boat trip to the house of dolphins because the port is just a short walk. Place was clean for Egyptian standards. Kitchen was equiped with fridge, stove, microvawe and electric kettle, but few utensils. However eating out in the town of Marsa Alam is very cheap with variety of restaurants, so we never cooked.

food en restaurants are great ... , very nice beach, swimming pool water warm ... not too much activity which is nice for us .. keeps the place calm .. service around the pool and at the beach perfect !! snorkeling in the sea possible .. there's a little reef .. not impressive but nice for kids ... we booked a private boat the swim with the dolphins and had a great experience.. we really did swim with them in there nature environment ... as it was the firsts of january we where there alone so fantastic experience ...

Our experience at the Sultan Bey Resort was brief but excellent. We stayed there one night and the staff was fantastic. We enjoyed a really tasty buffet breakfast, we used the swimming pool and we even used the hotel boat to access the other beach. In the evening we enjoyed some teas on the terrace (they provided us with a kettle) and the next day we were allowed to leave our luggage there until our departure. A great experience that we would definitely repeat!
