What a lovely chalet, modern and clean but still with some Austria flavour. The giant TV and fantastic soundsystem were a real hit with my team and the sauna was perfect for Apres Ski. Very quick drive to Kuhtai.

For people who love quiet and nature like us, the location of the apartment is great. Our host was very nice and helpful, and the apartment was modern, clean and functional. We liked a lot the area, we loved the proximity to the ski lift to get to the Hochoetz area.

Everything was amazing! Rooms are very clean. They change towels everyday and tide up your room. The food was exceptional! You could choose from different kinds of meniu: normal, vegetarian or kids menu. The host and the employees treated you like an old friend. You have a spectacular view, a lot of hike routes, and many animals to enjoy on the farm.

The quiet location The views from every window (no need even to go outside to get a panoramic view) The comfort of the bed The high water pressure in the shower( always hot water), The kitchen with all the utensils in top shape Everything was very clean! There's lots of space and yet it feels very cosy The house is located about 4 km up the hill above Otez, which is a lovely town with several supermarkets, for the self caterers, and plenty of restaurants ( i highly recommend "Otztal Back" bakery for coffee/tea and light baked goods) I would recommend this property if you plan to rent a car, or ask the owner for other means of transportation
