The place is right next to a busy street, so expect noises from the street. I had no problem with it, so it was no issue for me. Bed is comfortable, has a balcony that we shared with the rooms. Our room was on the second floor. Checking in was easy. just pick up the phone near the main door, key in some numbers and you can take the room key.
