Breakfast provisions were excellent and some items were home made. Rooms were spotless and bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent and so quiet and peaceful. Especially loved the Sunroom. Hosts were so lovely. Will definitely be going back again to stay

This is 11/10 accommodation - truly outstanding. The wonderfully friendly, informative owners, Robyn & Michael, have created a unique place to stay. Their conversion of an office building & the display of their equestrian experience is a testament to their skills and interior design ability. We enjoyed a sumptuous help-yourself breakfast in the sun drenched pavilion (previously a showroom), with 'Mick's Mum's damson jam' being a highlight. Chocolates & water in our bedroom on arrival, tea, coffee & biscuits nearby, they have thought of everything to make it a delightful 'feel right at home' stay. We loved it so much we've booked again for the last 2 nights of our 5 week trip to Tasmania. And an excuse to have another dinner at 'The Carrick Pub'!
