This four bedroom 3 floored house with 3 bathrooms and a toilet on the ground floor, was exceptional, very spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean. In fact this is the first property (we are seasoned travellers) that we have stayed in (privets properties and hotels) that has been spotless. There is a large walled semi-private balcony accessed through the kitchen where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine sipping your favourite drink. The only thing I would say was that an umbrella for the table would have been useful although not having one did not bother us. There is also a balcony to the front of the property overlooking the road, accessed through the very large and spacious lounge. The garage on the ground floor can house 3 cars. The host Juan was very helpful and spoke very good English. We would defiantly stay here again. The house is a short distance from the centre of Salamanca, about a 10-15 minutes walk, so ideally places.

The apartment was great, very spacious and fully equipped. All was properly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment is exactly as in the photos. We informed in advance about the time of our arrival and there was someone waiting for us, so the check in was quick and efficient. Alejandro was a great host, always available, and gave us very good recommendations on where to go and where to eat. Excelent value for the money, totally recommend!

Clean, tasteful interior with all one needs, even laundry machine. Kitchen with pots, cutlery, glasses and mugs, all clean and all working. The place is comfortable, spacious and the pictures are exactly as is. Location is great, too, just 20 minutes to the city center. Staff friendly and helpful, in short: highly recommendable.

Excellent 2 bedroom flat near the Roman Bridge. Lovely walk (10-15 minutes max) to the cathedral area...the..last part short and a little uphill.. Our host was most helpful and even though we struggled with each others language got by. For us the secure underground parking was important and each flat has its own bay. All amenities great for a self contained stay.
