Good location, southern part of the island 15 minutes drive from the south. airports. The town of San Miguel is a 20-minute walk away, and resort areas such as Las Ametikas are easily accessible by car. I really liked everything because the property was very well maintained and very clean. Every corner was thoughtfully designed to make both adults and children feel comfortable. Children can make friends with dogs and meet turtles and chickens. Children can play in the sand under the palm tree. Ipasum has a very good chlorine-free heated pool. There is an ideal place for a barbecue. The hosts are wonderful, hospitable. We were allowed to stay longer because the flight was late in the evening, they took us to the airport and did not accept payment for it. We will be back next year.

The host was very pleasant and there was nice rural and coastal views from the garden and kitchen. I felt it was quite private. The bathroom, bed and kitchen were good. Only really suitable with your own transport as quite isolated but gave excellent access into Teide National Park. Better than if staying on the coast.

Fabulous view, very quiet, amazing garden with many fruit trees. Inside it has everything a good accommodation needs, the mattresses and pillows are extremely comfortable. The interior is beautifully decorated and is very clean. The owner is a very nice and hospitable guy.

Casa Palma is a great acomodation for a family. It is situated on a hill and is relatively easy to access it with a rental car(a car is mandatory). The house is tinny but very comfortable and all amenities are working as they should. You will find here everything you need to cook your own meals(from pots, plates to basic products like tea, coffe, vinegar, oil, etc). There is a small supermarket 2 minutes walk from the house. The temperature inside depends of the temperature outside, but there is an airco which works great and provide you the temperature you want. When we went in July the temperature was perfect. We liked very much the yard which is much larger than in the pictures and it has a ping pong table and all kind of toys. In the night it looks great because of the solar lights. The locations is good, in 10-15 min by car you go to the sandy beaches(Los Christianos, Las Americas, Las Vistas, etc) Try Guachince El Fuente restaurant which is 2 min by car David is a very nice host, he welcomed us with a plate of fruits and sweets and explained us how everything should be used. Very good internet connection Thank you for everything, David!We hope we can come back sometime in the future!

Everything was alright. It is pretty isolated. There is not much to do in the area if you don't have a car, but we didn't have this problem. It is really calm. The bed is super comfy. There is a BBQ in the garden. The view is nice.

Lovely location,liked the views and the natural sounds, birds water. Very comfortable and had just the right amount of equipment.Very comfortable bed.Great hot water and shower and very thoughtfully equipped with toiletries , toilet paper and soap, towels. Even had a decent wine opener.

Very nice house with several areas to relax and be yourself. Since we had a car, location was not an issue. It has a nice car parking area inside. There is a cosy area with a pool. We enjoyed the traditional architecture of the house. The house was neat and clean. Kids loved the place. The hosts were very helpful and supportive. They gave few tips for our itinerary.
