The cottage is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. In a wonderful setting.in a very quiet location just steps from the High Street with all of the wonderful shops, restaurants and pubs. It is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and very cozy. Incredibly clean and comfortable. The property owner, helen, who we corresponded with electronically could not have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we visit yarm and give this property our highest recommendation, without hesitation!

The apartment was lovely and clean and had the most amazing collection of art work. We loved our stay and Johno was a fab host that went out of his way to provide lots of little extras which were very much appreciated. We will be back!

This is an amazing property, well worth the price. The owners are friendly and welcomed us with some fresh milk and refreshments in the refrigerator. All the furnishings were of a very high standard and there is a small patio with a bit of lovely green grass to sit out on. The bed is comfortable and there is even a log burner for the chillier months.
