A-maaaaazing! Just our best stay throughout Umbria with a splendid restaurant. Fagottini dish and tagliata is a MUST!! We did not have such good food in a long while. Simply great and still dreaming about it 😊 We had the privilege to stay for 3 nights and we were sad leaving this oasis of peace, quietness and happiness. Missing it already! What a hospitality by Claudio and the rest of the friendly staff. Thank you. Can only recommend this to all my family, friends and strangers. Swimming pool did great after a hot day strolling around Perugia, the Umbrian villages and Lago Trasimeno. Grazie mille and one day we’ll be back. A perfect place! If you're looking to experience life in Italy outside the cities, this is a wonderful place to do it. Quiet and peaceful in the countryside. Still close to Perugia and other tourist locations. Market, cafe and restaurants close. Enzo was wonderful. Let me borrow his bike for a ride in the countryside, and even picked me up from the train station when my transfer was late. The apartment was wonderful as well. Kitchen had everything, bed and living areas were comfortable and the balcony had a wonderful. You could even smell the jasmine from the vines in the backyard. Loved every minute I was here and wish I had stayed longer.

I arrived very late at night so I couldn't introduce properly to the hosts but my friends were pleased with them. The house was very good, everything we needed for a night stay.

The place is run by a family and they places lots of free goodies in the apartment (food & drinks). The entire family was very kind and sweet. The apartment has a view on Perugia which is very nice. The location was perfect for me since I attended a wedding in Pila. The place is clean and has everything one needs. They have two friendly dogs on the property.

It is a charming Tuscan home in a quiet setting outside Perugia. Michela is lovely and so welcoming. She bakes homemade pastries for breakfast at whatever time you wish. We would return here again.

Extremely comfortable bed (rare for Italy!) in a quiet neighborhood not far from amenities, easy parking, very sweet property manager.

Big room with large space and well facilities, the swimming pool in the garden is beyond perfection. And the owner of this hotel is such a lovely family, really warm and helpful~ the home made breakfast is amazing~
