I spent just one night with my workmate at this beautiful villa in the app Dalia, which has a very good size for 2 person. We really enjoyed the quiet and sunny garden to relax. The property is really good located, you only have some minutes to the train station from where you can reach every nice village on Lake Como. Greetings to the friendly staff who made a calm check in and check out.

The communication and location was just incredible. If you want to stay away from tourists but just 10 mins away its ideal. The apartment is set in a lovely village with some nice places to eat. Whilst we had a car the train is easier to use to get into the heart of verrena. I cant speak highly enough of the owners as they were so accommodating. Parking space is great. Great pizza restaurant on the door step also. We had a great time. My congratulations to the host.

Don’t let the property photos fool you , cause it is much better and modern than the pictures, everything was great , the view is amazing, the apartment is well underfloor heated , the doors is sound proof , the kitchen is very useful and full of things that you might need , olive oil , salt pepper oregano, coffee , espresso machine with lots of coffee capsules , the host left for us a wine bottle and water which was very nice , and he was so helpful and helped a lot with places to go , to be honest I didn’t expect this with the price that they offer , coz the apartment deserve much more and it is like your home with so much privacy , it is easy to find and the streets are easy to access, it can accommodate a family with it spacious. I loved it and the host should take photography sessions:) it is so much more modern and classy and great than the photos

Really nice and well-equipped house where we did not miss anything. Beautiful and large terrace right above the local beach and another balcony on the second floor. Both with a great view of the lake and sunsets. Our daughter also appreciated the small inner garden with a swing. Private access to the local beach. The beach is beautiful and quite quiet and empty almost all day. Local people are used to visiting this part of the beach regularly. Occasionally there are local youths on the beach, but it's certainly nothing that would fundamentally disturb your holiday. It is definitely not a crowded place, quite the opposite. We loved the two large bathrooms ..... and lots of other great things. One of the best accommodations we have visited so far. Francesco (owner) was also very helpful and kind.

Very large apartment, incredibly spacious, clean, new and central in Dervio. Beds are excellent, kitchen has everything you need, even coffee and tea at disposal. Dervio is minutes by train from the main attractions of the lake buy still out if the noisy and crowded touristic focuses.

Historical place from the 14th century! Loved the private beaches on both sides and waking up to the sounds of the lake and the beautiful view of the mountains. It’s a very secluded home and just what we wanted to escape the big city of Milan. Would definitely recommend staying here. Maria & Georgio were great hosts!
