The best rooms I had in my whole travel! Great view at Piazza Paolo. Christian was always helpful and helped me with everything. I also loved that you can take your Breakfast at “Caprice” which has the best sweets in Palazzolo! Also there is the option of Air conditioning I didn’t need it because if the 1,5m thick medival Stone Walls the temperature was always nice.

Casetta Castelvecchio was incredible! Perfect for exploring the neighboring towns and cities. Quiet at night, but a 10 minute walk into town to the bustling piazzas, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast ticket to a local cafe in town with the best granita and brioche - typical Sicilian breakfast. Apartment was impeccably clean. I extended my stay a few days because I loved it so much. Easy with a car - free parking is a two-minute walk from the apartment and safe. The hosts were always available by phone or message and sent me many free things happening in town - concerts, music - as well as recommendations. I have never stayed in an apartment so clean yet personal - you feel Sicily all around you. Thank you so much for a great stay! If you want to live like the locals, stay here.

Fantastic location in this interesting village. Property was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed especially washing machine and dryer. Owners were lovely and helpful. There are some amazing restaurants in this village. Would recommend a visit.

I traveled with my male partner, and well, as a gay couple when travelling, sometimes some things can go funny ways - not this time. Maria made the room available before regular check-in time, communicated timely before our arrival and before our flight. we gave some notice on when we would arrive and she met us, handed over the keys and her and husband Franco explained a couple of things and gave us directions on what to see and when. Maria and Franco are exceptional hosts; they went extra miles to respond to our questions and even arranged us a dreamy unforgettable, [unmissable!] boat trip which, due to the low-season, was not shared with anyone else! They invited us for dinner [more than once] and introduced us to their friends - really - they are the real Sicilian deal of attentive, masterful hospitality and they will leave you to wonder why you didn't Sicily sooner. As for the location, Palazzolo Acreide is the right base to explore South-Eastern Sicily. We did frequent road trips to all the sights - Noto, Marzamemi, Scicli, Ragusa, Modica, Siracusa, Piazza Armerina, and we also visited Catania as we arrived at Catania airport. I personally recommend a stay of minimum 7 days in this area as such is the wealth of things to see and do. The room is comfortable, newly furnished and clean. both the Pillows and the mattress are high end and provide a very comfortable sleep. With the room there is an initial provision of coffee pods, water, and other breakfast and snack items, and Italian breakfast is provided at one of the local pasticcerie.

Paulo is an amazing host and the location is perfect. The apartments are located in a quiet street with fantastic restaurants just around the corner. He was very helpful with transportation and information. Perfect internet, comfortable beds and a gorgeous apartment that is newly renovated with great taste. Loved the shower. We’ll be coming back.

It’s a wonderful apartment, close to everything you need, but still in a quiet location. Parking nearby. Breakfast was in a lovely bakery/coffee shop nearby and was wonderful. The owners were very inviting and Palazzolo Acreide is a amazing place to visit.
