The layout is simple and spacious: 1 large kitchen/dining room combo, and 1 large bedroom/bathroom (with a larger-than-normal shower!). The entire unit appears newly renovated, the decor is refreshingly uncluttered and tasteful with wood furniture, white walls, and terra cotta floors - a perfect fit for the location at the center of a tiny mountain town. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, silverware, etc, and everything was clean and orderly. The washing machine worked great, and even included laundry detergent!

The location of the the property is not easily accessible without car but given the location close to the natural parks, it is a perfect stop in between. When arriving to the property the host (I believe mother, father and daughter) welcomed me and made me feel at home - even though English was the only way we could communicate (and they mostly speak Italian). In the morning I received a very elaborate breakfast, a basic one but they made sure you had everything you needed. They made some home-made cookies and cake and other. The room itself looks older on the picture as it is in reality. Very clean, a large bathroom and a grand terrace available for use.
