Beautiful location on a private mountain just outside of the main city of Assisi. Maya and Fabio were the best hosts we could have asked for. The pool is even more refreshing than it looks. Wonderful breakfast is offered with traditional cakes, yogurt and cereal. Fabio will also make you eggs and bacon to order. We booked dinner in advance, and we were SO happy we did. Absolutely delicious! Rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable. There are friendly and well cared for cats that are always looking for a scratch behind the ears. You will definitely need a car to access the property. The views are stunning! Grazie mille Maya e Fabio!

The property was outstanding, placed in a wonderful location in the countryside a few minutes away from Assisi. Extremely nice swimming pool with hills view, lots of sun and breeze with very nice temperature even in the hottest days. The owner, Marinella, has taken care of every small detail. Stepping into the house felt like stepping into the past, in a typical Umbrian house in the countryside where all details are well preserved without loosing the modern comfort including very good internet and very comfortable beds. Even the first breakfast was taken care of. Most importantly, the warmth, kindness and availability of Marinella and her husband are more unique than rare and made this week very special.
