Everything! Cabins are cozy and stay cool. Very quiet at night - you can hear a symphony of frogs, insects, and birds. The family that run this place are super kind and accommodating. Namthon, the owner, grows most of their food and will cook delicious meals. He will accommodate dietary restrictions as well, such as vegetarian and vegan. They also gave us recommendations on fun activities in the area. Great spot if you want relaxation but still be close to town and not far from Doi Inthanon national park.

Very nice room with aircon, everything was properly clean and the location is great if you want to go to the national park as it is in the same road that gets you there. It was on a walking distance of places to eat at night and a 7/11.

What a truly special place. We have spend one month living in this house as our home and the surrounding lush greenery and peace of the area have made it very enjoyable. The neighbours are wonderful people, very kind and respect our privacy a lot. They have 2 cats, chickens and a dog which sometimes play around in the big garden! The kitchen is really good equipped for cooking, we enjoyed a lot preparing out own food. A smart TV for movie nights, hollywood swing, roof terrace, the distang sound of birds and chants in the morning, couldn't ask for more! Thank you :))

Large rooms, fresh towels, bananas, water and snacks every day. Great restaurant/café onsite and you can pre order breakfast/dinner. Great coffee. Amazing view from rooftop and the rooms A3-4/5-6. The staff was amazing: “Cê” (เจ้) and “Oh” (โอ) were the best, they really know hospitality. If you take the blue bus from Chiang Mai, ask to be dropped at Soi 19 and walk 150meters.

We stayed at the Homestay on the first day of our Chiang Mai trip and we got a very warm welcome from Khun Kevin, Khun Pu and their friendly dogs. We were super impressed with the atmosphere, the location, and the vibes that we received, so we went back to stay at their place again on our last day of the trip before driving back to Bangkok. Can’t describe enough how amazing it was to stay with them!

Such a quirky and cool house, literally one of the nicest houses I've ever stayed in! And not in a location you'd expect it to be. 😊 There is so much to see, do and discover that we've been sad to leave after just 2 days... The housekeeper and the owner are very attentive and lovely as well.
