Great location : amazing view from the terrasse. I choose the most basic and small room so cannot judge about the other rooms but my room had everything necessary (mosquito net, electricity, fan, hooks,...). The food they prepared for me each evening was delicious. I forgot an item when I left and the owner contacted me and arranged a package transfer by bus.

The owner was so welcoming and helpful. We arrived at 3 am and she accompanied a late check in. On top of this we planned to head to laos after our 2nd night here, but the owner informed us we needed a visa from hanoi to cross the border from Sapa. Because of this we had to hop on the next bus to Hanoi and cancel our 2nd night we had booked. The owner did not charge us for the cancelation and organized all of our bus tickets. Very helpful and understanding!

The owner is very, very nice. We ate at the property, and the food was gerat, but for quite a bit more expensive than what you'd find elsewhere in Vietnam.
