The best part of the property is the staff. Owner, Tyson welcomed me explained everything needed. A young lady working at the cafe (Diza, sorry if I mistaken the name)made me one of the best meals in Indonesia I’ve ever tried. Sweet dog and cat were also welcoming and slept under my room’s door at night.The room was simple but very clean with beautiful garden setting. The location is a little bit out of town, but walkable and very quiet. Tyson also organized a jungle trek for me and that was also very good. We saw 8 orangutans)

Juma cottages se encuentra en Tuk Tuk y dispone de jardín, terraza y restaurante. En el hostal o pensión, todas las habitaciones disponen de balcón. The scenery from Juma Cottages is really awesome. The host Pino n Jelita and other staff is very friendly n helpful. Recommended n will come again next year.

Kaesa Homestay está en Berastagi, a 25 km de Mount Sinabung, y ofrece acceso a un jardín con terraza. El aeropuerto (Aeropuerto internacional de Kualanamu) está a 90 km. The best host I ever had. Upon arrival he instructs you with everything you can do in the city, draws it on the map, gives recommendations and helps with how much what costs and so much more. Location is good, close to the main street. The rooms are basic but nice and clean.

The staff were incredibly kind, and it was wonderful to hang out with them in the common area. They were also very helpful with everything we needed. Our jungle trekking experience with them was absolutely awesome! Huge thanks to all the guides at Cheeky Monkeys. We highly recommend staying here; the rooms are comfortable, the common areas are inviting, and the garden is simply astonishing.

Se preocuparon de mi transporte al dejar el lugar y me guiaron respecto a actividades que podía realizar en el area. Hay desayuno de pago por 50.000 IDR, y es increíble, el mejor desayuno que he tenido estos meses viajando, Cecilia es una excelente cocinera. La habitación y baño estan muy limpios, la ducha cuenta con agua caliente y la cama es extremadamente comoda. Repetiría mi estancia totalmente! Como plus tienen un perro encantador llamado Dodo y varios gatitos. Agradecida.

Fun Family Guest House n Jungle Tour es un alojamiento de 2 estrellas que se encuentra en Bukit Lawang. Todo, fue una experiencia increíble, pasé unos días maravillosos gracias a Putra y Maya q me hicieron sentir como en casa, viví momentos únicos, incluso fuimos a una fiesta con trajes típicos, paz, risas, alegría por todos lados. Amo ese balcón y sus vistas al río y a la jungla. Fui para unos días y no pude evitar quedarme varios más, muchas gracias por todo, volveré a visitaros

Mery es super atenta, tenía todo preparado para que estuvieramos cómodos, ubicados, supiéramos qué visitar, qué comer, transportes, lavanderia y todo sumamente limpio

This is a beautiful property and without doubt the most luxurious and well maintained property in the area. It is an escape from the busy market town, somewhere to just relax after a day exploring. We were delighted to find such a large well appointed and luxurious villa with great staff. The owner was able to accommodate a request for breakfast and organise dinners for us also (at extra cost) which was great. This property very much has an international feel to it in the way they look after you. We had not planned to spend so much time in the villa but it was so good we spend more time in than out.
