There are so many amenities such as coffee and hot water and tea and good clean water to drink. Unlike other places that I have stayed, this place has great, hot water and Wi-Fi. The bathrooms and the facilities are super clean and there's lots of light everywhere. And there's lots of places to sit comfortably when you don't wanna be at Café somewhere. The staff was kind and the owner is a gem.

Traveling as a family of 4 - Mom & Dad, a 20 year old daughter and a 5 year old daughter - we got two rooms in one building and it was PERFECT. The girls were able to run back and forth as needed, we felt extremely safe and comfortable, plus - MONKEYS! Such a memorable stay in Palenque.

It's at the end of a quiet street, only one minute walk from restaurants but away from the noise. It's surrounded by lush trees, feeling like in the jungle - you can spot small wild animals. The room was simple but clean and spacious, with everything we needed. It also has a big common kitchen equipped with drinking water. The staff was very friendly. We wanted to extend one night but our room was not available. They helped us move to another room and added a bed to accommodate us.

Gaia Guest House was wonderful. The facilities we excellent and the place was very clean and in a great location in the center. There was a place where we could eat our breakfast, and they provided coffee and fruits.Our host facilitated us with an.early check in and was very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. Angelina, that was on the property, was also extremely helpful. Great place to stay overall
