Perfect cosy, warm and stylish studio apartment. A stove and garden views make it feel like a (better than) home from home, and elevate the experience over similar accommodation. Super quiet. A large, drive-in garage was a great-to-have and made managing outdoor kit easy. Bart and Nathalie make you feel at home and couldn't be more warm and helpful. A general food store just 350m away, and a couple of great restaurants in the neighbourhood made logistics enjoyable. 20min drive to Oudenaarde. All up - you don't have to ride Flanders, but if you do, this is the prefect base. ;)

The owner, Denny was very accommodating. The place was very welcoming, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. There was parking. The place was quiet and restful. We loved our stay here.

Not far from the tram stop, supermarket and restaurants. Friendly owners , cleanliness and modern interior.

So natural, a wonderful rustic rural experience in an authentic garden home. A very memorable stay. There is a natural pond which we were allowed to wild swim in after a very hot day cycling. Which was wonderful. Thank you

Lovely studio with all you need for the stay. Enhanced by thoughtful, tasteful decorative touches. Situated in in an interesting, rural location, possibly the outstanding feature was the garden. We have two dogs who were welcomed and able to run around in the garden, once the hens were inside. Very friendly and unobtrusive hosts, on site. Frosty days but heating worked well.

The serene surroundings, the homely behavior of the owners, the excellently maintained property and the fine breakfast; all were top class.

For a surprise visit to Ghent we booked last minute for a night at Comfy Stay. In their new house Jasper and Claudia welcomed us most warmly. Both the bathroom and the room itself are very clean and decorated with good taste. The adjacent kitchen with breakfast room was much appreciated. To our surprise our host had baked a delicious quiche for my husband’s birthday. How thoughtful! We also appreciated the free parking space in front of the house. Highly recommended!

Lovely, comfortable apartment. Easy to find, host was friendly and accommodating, even sourcing us with forgotten items (adapter and football pump 😁) Very clean. Nice and quiet. Huge outdoor area with peacocks and chickens to visit.

The room was very nice and the bed very confortable. The shower was also great!

The staff are excellent, friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, well designed and mattresses were comfortable. House keeping staff are excellent.

Great hosts, lovely and very accommodating family. The place was great, very welcoming and homely. We went with our two little girls and they loved feeding chickens and playing in the sandpit. Short-ish driving distance from Ghent, Brussels and Bruges. Perfect if you have your own vehicle.
