Friendly staff, clean rooms, extremely comfortable beds, the meals in the restaurant were delicious.

During our long road trip, this charming guest house was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable places we stayed. First of all, it was located in a very peaceful and quiet area, with beautiful views all around. Our room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The host had clearly thought of every detail to make our stay pleasant. The small heart-shaped chocolates she left for us were a particularly thoughtful touch and made us feel very welcome. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this guest house to other travelers. We plan to stay this guest house again.

Amazing property, very clean and refurbished. The kitchen has everything you needed, the living room is so spacious and comfortable. Even though you are living with other people it never felt like that. Safety is amazing and the views are unreal

Really liked the property. Owner Gerry is really friendly and nice. Check-in was pretty simple. Property is quite near to Luzern Station only 15 min away via bus. Main thing is they had a good big kitchen well equiped with everything. PROPERTY is like a home with multiple rooms.

Location is perfect. A real taste of old Switzerland. Marguerite and Josef were brilliant, so helpful when we had a medical emergency. Plenty of breakfast and really good coffee!

Fantastic location, easy walk to the base of Mt Pilatus, and beautiful views of Pilatus from the windows. Supermarket and buses to central Lucerne a 3 minute walk away. Rooms were very clean and tidy, and kitchen was equipped with all the necessary basics. The place was also lovely and warm; it snowed on our last day and it felt very cozy inside.

Beautiful property, stunning views and very modern. In a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. The dorms are very spacious and clean. All information required is provided to you prior to checking in and staff are very helpful and friendly. This has been my most comfortable and favourite accommodation since being in Europe and would highly recommend.

It is a Capsule hotel which is unique and modern concept with full security using the modern technology. There are minimal manual intervention required to run this hotel which makes it cheaper for customers. Additionally, location is superb where all most tourist spots are nearby, main Bus and Railway Stations are nearby.

Pretty spacious inside the capsule and lockers outside are big enough for everything. Also there is a lounge to hang out. Very helpful and friendly staff, gave permission to keep my heavy luggage for a few more hours after check-out, which allowed me to visit the town more detailed. 16 minutes of walk to the Central Train Station

The guy is very friendly and I was grateful to be able to do our laundry.

The apartment was roomy, warm, comfortable and very clean. Roger was the best host we have had in our travels. Easy walk from train station, even with our luggage. Also easy walk to The Old Town. Would highly recommend.
