This little old castle is fully modernised in all the right places, and very attractive inside and out. Our room was exceptionally comfortable with large ensuite. Breakfast was great. The pool was just perfect on a hot afternoon. The hospitality from the owners was thoughtful and and expert. For people on bikes there is a secure lock up. We loved our short stay here.

To be fair: I did not actually stay at this hotel. I booked the room for my daughter who was travelling through the region. She is a single female travelling alone. Her comments were that the staff was very friendly and helpful. She needed assistance booking some taxi's and they were very knowledgeable. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The location as perfect for her travel purposes. And she sent me a photo of the breakfast that she through was great. She felt safe and comfortable.

Difficult to find and when I arrived all was dark and I stood before a giant cast iron gate but after ringing the bell an older gentleman came and showed me the room. This is a very old, grand building and has been refurbished and beautifully decorated. No plastic. All quality furniture! Lots of space. Everything I needed and more. One enters through a small breakfast room (for only two rooms) and then enters what feels like a small suite. A hallway leads to the bedroom, the bathroom and the WC. It was wonderfully quiet and I slept like a log! I would have loved to stay longer! Next time I'm passing through the area I hope I can stay there again!

Location is brilliant, parking very safe and great apartment.....there were 4 of us and it was plenty big enough.

We really liked it and in Summer it must be even better. If you need a stay for one day or even a week, this appartment will enjoy you. Its directly in the center but center is a big word for the village. It was quiet in the night and the terrasse has a really nice ambiente.
