Very nice bar and scrumptious breakfast with pancakes , warm breakfast food, fruit salads.

Rooms were clean, the elevator was spacious, and the lobby bar was lively. The staff were very friendly, especially Ms. Magrubi at the reception. Thank you.

Beautiful room and welcoming, helpful staff. The one dinner I had in the restaurant was excellent, and the buffet breakfast was also great as it went well beyond the "Continental" assortment of pastries and coffee. Very good location as it is convenient to Lyon-Perrache railroad station, metro Station A, and Trams 1 and 2. (However, figuring out which exit to take from the Metro station was purely conjectural for me.) With these transport systems, I was able to access all the museums and tourist spots I wanted to visit in the city.

I've been there 5days. The room was clean and had good amenities. There was a pantry where you could prepare meals by yourself. The location was good: 3 stations from Lyon central station.

Loved everything about the hotel, it's very close to Cross-Rouge area in Lyon and have multiples types of transportation very close, both bus and metro are maybe a couple of blocks away, the design of the hotel, the restaurant was incredible, staff was very nice and spoke both english and spanish that made our communication easier. Would definitely love to come back

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff

Location is perfect. Walk to everything. Love the decor. Bed and sleeping sofa very comfortable. Appreciate the amenities. Communication. Feels like staying in a friend’s place. It is very old which I love. If you’re looking for a pristine hotel like accommodation I’d recommend getting a hotel. If you plan to spend weekday hours inside there is a school across the road and recess can be loud. Didn’t bother me but you wouldn’t be able to nap through it. It’s not dirty, it’s old. I would stay here again.

Beautiful and clean property, very well designed for a solo traveler with modern furnishings. The shower was big and had good water pressure. There was an AC which really helped with the heat wave. The host was very nice and responsive.

Great stay at HO36! Everything was really clean and the fans in the room helped with the July heat. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Also the area is not as bad as I read, really close to the city center.
