What an incredible place to stay! Straight off the historic Royal Mile into a modern, bright and beautiful apartment with a lovely balcony and view. We enjoyed every element of our stay and would definitely stay again. Our family of four (two parents, two young adults) was very comfortable here with plenty of space. Lift access was fabulous and the staff on the phone were super helpful with instructions when we were a little unsure if we were going into the right building. We LOVED our stay here.

Really nice apartment in the west end of Edinburgh. The property is easy to get to from the Airport with taxis, buses and a tram available. The apartment itself was very nice and modern with a smart kitchen, great shower and fast wifi. Couldnt have asked for a better place.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was a modern and spacious studio with an en-suite bathroom. The room was spotless and nicely furnished. Very well situated within walking distance from all main attractions. I had a last minute Very cheap deal, so I can't comment on overall price, but it seems quite reasonnable for a central location.

4 poster bedroom was a very good size great to able to walk around the bed with plenty of room to spare, bed very comfortable bathroom very clean as was the room all round. Staff were great very accommodating to requests. Underground parking behind property was ideal even though £18.50 a night not cheap but so handy all the same. We went for the tattoo which was great chose this hotel as approx 10-15 minute walk to the castle and main town so ideal location for us.

The hotel was ideal for our needs. It was in an excellent location, very clean and affordable. The set-up is slightly unusual in that breakfast is delivered in a paper bag outside your door each morning and you are just offered the basics. From our point of view that was not a problem at all. The room was absolutely beautiful - spacious, bright and very clean with a lovely view of the garden. We would definitely go back.

Fantastic location. Great view of the Castle. Quiet room (4th floor). Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was a good size and well equipped. Bathroom was lovely and very clean. Overall it was a nice hotel and I'd stay again, but only if I could get a cheaper deal. It wasn't worth the price I paid.

Fab location. Executive Double great size, all very clean, bedcovers, towels, glasses, cups all spotlessly clean. Didn't need to wipe anything down which I often do. All surfaces were dust free. The hotel itself is nice, decor is nice. I liked everything about it. No breakfast at the moment but plenty options nearby. Will return and was ideal for a night away or longer.
