The staff were very pleasant. The accommodation was lovey. Very comfortable bed. The dinner was delicious and we enjoyed our drink in the lounge after dinner. A very enjoyable stay followed by a very pleasant breakfast. Lovely porridge! We will be back.

The kitchen was well provisioned. The back garden was a beautiful oasis. The property was spotlessly clean. The location was good for our needs - easy to get a lot of places.

The studio was clean tidy there was milk tea coffee sauces oils just the little bits and pieces that you need for a overnight stay

- Such a lovely, happy light filled apartment. - exceptionally clean - kitchen area was well stocked with everything needed to cook if you wanted to. From air fryer to everything else. It was stocked with milk and juice. -ideally located for perthshire area - lovely hosts and although they were in close proximity we did not see or hear them. It felt quite private. - comfie bed and pillows and the room was perfectly heated. -Modern bathroom which was just lovely. Although we did not spend a lot of time in the room we loved the time that we did. I went for lovely runs and Joyce (our very kind host) also has a good few suggestions for walks. Thank you guys. It was lovely and we will be back.

This home is perfect - every detail is taken care of. We had a lovely bright room with a super-sized King bed which looked out over the back garden. Because we find Duvets too warm, the host immediately responded with an extra sheet we could use. The bedroom and adjoining bathroom are spacious with a tub and shower, lovely towels. The home is immaculate as is the garden. The breakfast room is a delightful glass room with lovely views. This is a restful spot for those travelling up or down the A9 - just a few minutes off the main road and a few minutes north of Perth.

The property was small and cozy but didn’t feel too cramped with 2 of us and the dogs. The cottage has pretty much everything you need to make a home from home and a lovely welcome pack with some essentials and snacks. The garden is fully enclosed which is perfect for the dogs. There are some lovely little walks from the cottage. The fire was just the Cherry on top for the cottage.

The accommodation was lovely, homely and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were friendly and offered more towels and general assistance if it was needed.

-the beds were comfortable -there was a private bathroom -there's free parking in front of the house -the surroundings were very nice, you have a lovely view from the window of the room -the owner was very nice and helpful -easy self-check-in
