The apartment is on the first floor of the house, it is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 1 dining room with kitchen. Very clean and beautiful! Located in 30 min to drive to Lefkada, 10 min from Preveza center, 10 min from Mitikas and long sand beaches with wonderful view of sunset (by car)

Versa villas are great, new with a modern design and very clean. We were a group of 9, a mix of adults, teenagers and children and we all enjoyed our stay there. The garden and swimming pool are very cool and we loved spending an evening there with a nice dinner and good Greek wine. They are well located to explore the Epirus Riviera and Lefkada. But the best of all is the hospitality of the hosts Sotiris and Rena, who are doing all to make their guests feel welcome. Sotiris gave us great tips for restaurants and beaches in the area and was always very helpful. We strongly recommend Versa Villas for a stay in Preveza!

Simply perfect! We felt very well from the beginning of our stay. Mr. Vasilis was willing to pick us up at Aktion Airport and bring us to our accommodation. The apartment was beautiful, clean with a kitchen connected to the living room, a bathroom and a large spacious bedroom. Air conditioning was available in the entire apartment. The surroundings of the accommodation were peaceful, with a view of the clear sea. We were still in contact with Mrs. Amalia and Vasilis via messages. They informed us about the nearest locations, trips and restaurants. We even had bicycles at our disposal for the whole week, which we could borrow at any time. We used bicycles to go to Kiani Akti beach, a kilometer away. The beach is beautiful, the sea is clean, and there are two restaurants with a view of the sea and excellent specialties. There is service on the beach, they offer excellent drinks and draft beer. Our hosts also helped us with renting a car from a nearby rental company, with which we visited the island of Lefkada (it's definitely worth it). Mrs. Amalia provided us with clean linen, towels and were always available when we needed it. Mr. Vasilis even drove us to the airport when we were going back home. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation, we felt at home. We will miss it. Best regards, Ivan and Natália.

Very cosy, clean and fully equipped. The entire apartment is equipped with super modern furniture and kitchen. The bathroom is very modern, new and very, very clean. Every day you have room cleaning. Peaceful location, very next to a beautiful Orthodox chirch, a little bit far away from the center and the port, but with car you will be in the center of Preveza for about 5 minutes. If you don't want to drive to the beaches, you have a peaceful beach place across the street, downstairs.

The hosting couple was soo friendly, always smiling, really helpful. We communicated through the translator without any problem. The accomodation was really good and wide with balcony and back patio, the apartment was amazingly equipped - we had everything we needed.

The whole experience was fantastic and we were welcomed and shown around the apartment that was simply perfect to stay in. We needed an apartment for 1 night and this stood out for us. We were not dissapointed. Nothing was too much trouble even down to organising anything we needed. We would really recommend staying here.
