Villa is beautiful, very confortable (good quality comfortable beds) with all possible comfort (dishwasher, air conditioning in every room, 3 toilets...). The pool is shared with a few appartements located in a small separate building next to the villa but it is quite large (certainly much larger than a dedicated villa pool) and never crowded. Everything is clean and very well maintained. The villa is surrounded by a nice private garden (great if you come with your dog) and terraces on both ground level and 1st floor. Villa is surrounded by trees which give plenty of opportunities for shaded areas in the garden and avoid too much over-heating during the summer.

My partner and I stayed at Il Palazzo in early October. We were looking for an agriturismo with a pool that was accessible by public transport, which can be a bit tricky in Tuscany. Il Palazzo was a last-minute addition to our trip and we are so happy we found it! It’s an incredible place to rest. The agriturismo sits at the heart of its vineyards and has a dreamy swimming pool surrounded by olive trees and stunning flora. Our apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The staff and the owners were very kind and helpful. The breakfasts that were included with our reservation were of great quality and the wine is very good. We also fell in love with the city of Arezzo which is only 15 minutes away by car. We had a great time and highly recommend this experience. Thank you for everything!

The villa is situated next to Angelo and his family but you wouldn't know as they leave you in compete privacy. Beautiful views over the Tuscan hills and the pool is a really good size and extremely clean. Inside the villa is very spacious, modern and clean.
