Property had lovely wooden beams and was very comfortable and had all the facilities you needed. Loved the stone building. Definitely recommend !! And the host Antonio was amazing. We had a difficult situation our mother was rushed to hospital in ovieto , as Antonio spoke English he helped us with the translation! Above and beyond an amazing gentleman. We thank you so much for what you have done x

We had a lovely stay here! Spacious, clean and comfortable room in this house. Beautiful wood furniture made by the host and original paintings make the house charming and unique. The shop and a brilliant restaurant are within minutes walk and the old town is 10 minutes walking away. It is very conveniently placed to the Cammino. The host is fantastic; communication was excellent, checking in and out very easy. I would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.

A lovely quiet agriturismo near the village of morre and about 20mins drive from the bautiful hilltop town of Todi... its v calm and v quiet, the food and drink, as you could expect, are exceptional - breakfast, as you would also expec tin Italy is v basic... but the steak, pizzas at weekend and wine is all very good and also great value, better value than the rooms Id suggest... The pool area has a beautiful view, is also v calm and quiet...

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Vespina. The accommodation is an a beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by hills. The rooms was very pretty, very clean and tidy. We felt like home as Margherita is a great host and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic!

Everything! The house was even more beautiful than I expected cozy, clean, and perfectly located. It felt like a little hidden gem. The view was lovely, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. This apartment has certainly exceeded our expectations. It is a typical modern Italian style home, tidy, spacious, beautiful, very well maintained and sweetly decorated, we even had a Christmas tree 🎄 The owners were welcoming us as if we were friends, we got so much useful information and help, and even breakfast and extra food was there in case we wanted to eat at home. The furniture is all in great shape and the kitchen seems to be all new, coffee machine and dishwasher included. The location is easily reachable by foot from the train station if you are not afraid of a 10min walk, on the way there are shops and restaurants (we ate 2x at da Dina which was delicious). I totally recommend staying at casa Palmira if you want to visit old Town Orvieto, since it is also so much fun to go with the kind of cable car uphill.

The location is great, my girlfriend even filmed everything to have it as a model for our future home. For the money you pay, you actually get a whole house with bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. You can easily see the quality of the finishing is very good and very much good taste was used when renovating it. It was very clean the kitchen fully accessorized. Even with a fireplace. The view to the Civita di Bagnoregio is great and even if this old mountain top village was not on our list, we changed our schedule to include it.

The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully finished. Everything felt brand new and thoughtfully set up. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the location was peaceful with convenient parking. The host’s mother greeted us with warmth and kindness, despite the language barrier, and even brought us breakfast items and fresh produce from her garden. She was incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome.
