Tony greeted us immediately and made us feel very much at home. Great spacious room with our own patio, great for wine and snacks. Excellent breakfast with a wide assortment of baked goods and fresh coffees.

Great communication prior to arrival. No issues locating property, getting access, wiFi, full compliment of kitchen ware, etc. Apartment was spacious and very comfortable. All minor details were provided for. For example - They even provided a picture of the coffee maker and pods to assure a smooth stay upon arrival. The apartment was in a quiet residential location and very secure - we took in long walk in the morning. There was a friendly Cafe along with other shops within walking distance. Conveniently close to busy Cosenza.

This family-run hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! The friendly staff made us feel like family and we so enjoyed the delicious home baked breakfast goodies and berries picked right off the tree. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable with powerful showers. Easy access to Cosenza and the Calabrian countryside. We highly recommend!
