Very clean and tidy apartment, exit to the balcony from the room and from the kitchen. The host Vania met us on time, offered to make us coffee and drive us to the city since we came by train. We were with children and we had everything in the apartment, the store is very close and we bought groceries for breakfast in the morning... And Vanja also left us croissants, milk for coffee, chocolate bars and a bottle of water to welcome us. The small town of Spoleto is wonderful. It is worth coming and enjoying this place and the apartment. I hope to see you again in the future.

Fabulous facilities with an exceptional view! Perfect for relaxing and soaking in the sun. Made use of the pool, hot tub and sun loungers. It was hard not to fall in love with the stunning view! Would highly recommend staying here after a busy weekend in Rome. The location is in walking distance to the town and has a supermarket very close by. However, be prepared for a lot of uphill walking between the town and the 10 minute walk to the accommodation. While walking is very much possible, I would recommend renting a car. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

we had the suite with the terrazza. it was a very nice space with a bedroom and separate living space. The location is a little bit of a walk from Centro, however it’s beautiful. i would stay here again.

Everything about this property was fabulous. Situated outside of Spoleto, this is a reception place as well as hotel. It has a wonderful restaurant with first class food, amazing pool and farm animals if you have children.The room was modern as was the whole property. The shower recess was a little small for my husband but adequate for me. The whole property is very clean with lovely gardens and very large car park. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The Apartment was very spacious and would be good to place to stay for longer period of time in Spoleto. The bread for breakfast provided was a pleasant surprise. The host was very kind and communicative would stay again for definite.
