We initially booked this hotel for just one night, but everything was so perfect that we ended up extending our stay for a second night – and it was absolutely the right decision. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the kind and helpful gentleman at the reception. Since it was not high season, he kindly upgraded us to a bigger room, which made our stay even more comfortable. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained thanks to the excellent cleaning service – everything was spotless. The breakfast was truly delightful – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to choose from. A perfect start to the day! The location is also fantastic – just a short walk from the beach, which added a relaxing touch to our stay. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the sea or explore the area, this place offers both comfort and convenience. Overall, our stay was exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

The hotel is very close to the beach, a minute's walk away. The hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi on the roof terrace. The open buffet breakfast is quite filling. Fresh fruit juice, fresh delicious cakes and a filling breakfast will make you happy. In the evenings, you can have dinner on the romantic garden terrace for 25 euros per person. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Although the hotel prices are quite high because these are holiday resorts in the Tuscany region, the prices of Hotel Residence Villa Marzie are quite reasonable and they provide their customers with services above the 3-star hotel concept. It is a hotel that deserves 4 stars. The staff at the reception are very helpful and smiling, especially CHİARA and ANNİE are super smiling towards the customers and help in every way. I thank them very much because they are the smiling staff of the hotel. For example, if you want to rent a car or a bike, they help in almost every way and try to do their best for the customers.Also, the male staff member who works at the hotel at night, who was originally a lawyer but we learned that he no longer practices his profession, is very helpful and talkative.We wanted to stay at the hotel for 2 more weeks, but after mid-August, there was a holiday and public holiday period in this region for about a month, so the hotel rooms were not available for more days and were full. Reservations had been made in advance and the rooms were full. So we had to book another hotel nearby, regretfully. Lovely setting, historical villa, close to beach but also pharmacy, bakery, caffé, restaurants etc. very comfortable and interiors were quite unique, very fun to look at.

This is really a great place to relax among the mountains. The beach is only 15-20 minutes away by car. It's so quiet, nice and peaceful. I especially liked the cleanliness, neatness and spaciousness of the house. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking, and there was a washing machine in the bathroom. This is a wonderful place, and I want to come back again

The property was welcoming and well organized, ideal for staying during Lucca Comics. We especially appreciated the breakfast prepared by the hosts, which was plentiful and well taken care of. The hosts were kind, helpful, and very clear about everything from the beginning.

Beautiful house at great location to relax!

Property is on a quiet street off main road. It is an annex of the bigger and quite unique house, with owner living on the site and always ready to help with any questions or issues. It is well stocked with everything required for a short stay. Old historic part of Pietrasanta and train station are short 10-15 minutes walk away. So are the trailheads if you are interested in exploring local mountains. Beach is about 5-6 km from the house. Owner was kind to let us use the bikes, which were quite handy for exploring the seaside and neighbouring towns. Overall check-in/check-out experience was excellent. Looking forward to return there in the future.

The owner is exceptionally kind, lent me a bike, found an amazing theatre show for my evening, and gave me great tips for aperitif and dinner. The place is simple but elegant, comfortable, and clean. Everything was amazing.

The hosts were so warm and welcoming, just what we were hoping for, The Agriturismo itself was wonderful. with modern rooms right next to the farm itself. Breakfast was amazing given that everything came straight from the farm, the jams, the cakes, all made by the host family. Great location, 4 minutes from the center of Pietrasanta. Highly recommend!
