Super apartment & has all amenities. Supermarket and hairdresser on ground floor. Pool on 7th floor. Wonderful balcony view over Colombo, at night the beautiful Lotus tower is changing colours directly in sight. Tuk tuks available out front.

The owner was amazing from the moment we took the flight till the second we arrived he was in touch and spoke with the drivers and stuff to make sure we get there safely, the restaurant in the place is amazing and the dishes are huge! Really huge good for 2 persons and the prices are good, he took us to see some places in the city and summing up made a great experience for us in there

It was the best stay in SriLanka - apartment is on 22nd flor with excellent view. More over there is swimming pool on 7th floor (but you need a swim cap to use it). Kitchen has all for cooking, there is as well washing machine with dryer. Good place for family as two separate bedrooms and saloon with kitchen. I really advise this place as owner takes care of visitors. Apart from that there is a supermarket on ground floor of this buliding and excellent restaurant no more that 100m - Gentz Restaurant. It's on the top of the bulding and all dishes are very tasty.

A must visit place. One of the best BnB stay ever. It felt like staying at home comfortably. Clean rooms, Friendly staff, Convenient location in the middle of busy city with parking. Loved staying at Gentz. My stay was a bit longer and the staff was very helpful, they were very caring and always be there for me every time I needed. A quiet night’s rest! Loved it. I booked my stay at Oasis Colombo at the last minute. All I really wanted was a decent sleep as I had some plans in Colombo from next morning. I got my wish. An undisturbed, quiet nights’ sleep in a cozy room! A quick cab ride to the city was arranged within 10 minutes of my request. Loved Sri Lankan food! The String Hoppers with Dhal Curry breakfast was awesome! Suited my vegetarian routine. Spicy but not too hot. Staff was supportive and friendly. They also respected my privacy. Overall, a great stay. Very happy to recommend the place.

Mohan has created a tranquil sanctuary right in the midst of Colombo! Looking out from the large windows of my room (or my balcony) it was hard to believe I was so close to the heart of Colombo, gazing over the slow meandering river below to the forest beyond the only sound was the occasional fisherman passing by or the sounds of birdlife. The location was perfect as just a few minutes walk away I was able to find great restaurants, a supermarket, an ATM and more. Mohan was the perfect host and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was all it could be. Everything was so clean and well presented - testament to his years of professional life in the hotel trade.
