Excellent service, location. Train and buses near hotel.

The location! Love the view of the city- enjoy sitting on the upper patio. Very Luxurious feel, an elevator to access all floors. The linens are soft, labelled and the bed is the most comfortable I slept in throughout my stay in Portugal. Explore the multitude of restaurants and high end shopping all within a quick walk! The subway is down the street. Some of the best coffee I had was next door! There is a market on Saturdays!

comfortable beds and very well equipped kitchenware

Great cleanliness. You can find everything you need in the apartment: washing machine, ironing board, clothesline and kitchen utensils. Communication with staff was great and easy, quick responses. Checkin was easy (if you read the instructions). The bed has multiple pillows, which I personally like. The balcony can also be useful to enjoy the sun a little bit. There was air conditioning, although we didn’t use it because it was still chilly in the evening

Owner very responsive & flexible. Very clean . kitchen fully equipped.

The staff were all very friendly and the whole place was cleaned daily. The common use items in the kitchen were very useful as well as the washing machine! There was plenty of designated space for each room in the fridge. Being able to unlock the doors using our phones was incredibly helpful. This place is within great walking distance to several stores and restaurants. Although we do not speak Portuguese and a good many of the locals in that area don't speak much English, they were always very kind, friendly and helpful.

Clean, nice view, good facilities of kitchen. Owner very friendly and helpful.

Nice. Clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities.

Simple, easy, and super great experience 👍
