The location is secluded but that is what makes it special and the views from the front rooms are a amazing. The restaurant is only open in the morning and early evening but sells good food at a good price along with cold beers. The pier is walkable for very fresh seafood and some shops for basic supplies. There is a nice swimming pool and you can use the kayaks for free and bikes are for hire which you will need to go to the beach and explore the rest of the island. The resort is run by a lovely young lady and family and she can speak reasonable English for any advice and onward travel. We had a sea facing bungalow which was very spacious and room to hang your clothes. A large bathroom with a good hot shower. TV, fridge and kettle with 2 bottles of water provided daily The room was cleaned every 2 days (although bedding and towels not really necessary). We ended up staying a week longer than planned!

Really enjoyed my stay at Gumm Lonely Club. Gumm & Jeng are lovely hosts, always really friendly & helpful - and Gumm took the time to teach me how to ride a scooter! It's a great base for exploring the island: you can kayak around the mangroves nearby, down to the beach or (if you're feeling adventurous) around to the next beach, and you can use a scooter to explore other parts of the island. The accomodation has a lovely relaxed/homey vibe too

The location is great. It's very close to a beach where you can see the sunset. You can find restaurants and a drug store nearby. They have motorbikes for rent. Free kayaking. The room we stayed at was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is peaceful. The view at the restaurant is absolutely amazing. Having breakfast there next to the canal and mangrove is so relaxing. Also, the staff is helpful. I would love to go back there again. 😊

Nice place owner Jessie great guy,friendly,helpful. Bungalows basic but ok. Just missed out on opening of refurbished restaurant but would expect it to be good. Walking distance to a nice beach but if you can,get transport to see rest of island. Would be our first choice of accommodation if we return to Koh Kood

I've had a really nice stay here. Walking distance (less than 5min) to the nicest beach on the island (Khlong Hin). Cozy little room, might get hot depending on the year since there is no A/C. Shared bathroom. Water & coffee included, fridge can be used. The owner, Lukas, is a very nice guy, very helpful with providing information around the island. He creates a great atmosphere and provides group activities (watching sunset together, exploring waterfalls, going to dinner together, making bonfires etc.). So, great place for solo travelers if you're keen on meeting fellow travelers.

nice small bungalow with very silent and good working air-conditioning. Lovely and friendly elderly lady at "reception" also rents scooters. All great.

My stay at Coco camping made my week! I've never experienced such a sweet team of people. The food was amazing, the location is beautiful and the crew is there to help with anything. It's very central, so if you rent a scooter you can easily get to the busiest area very quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Koh Kood because I've genuinely never experienced such a wholesome and pleasant stay during my years of traveling.
