The location was easy to access and was close to our relatives' home. The breakfast was good, comparable to most motel continental breakfasts. The manager was excellent, very friendly, was clearly visible around the building when he wasn't working the desk. I think this was reflected in the other staff. The maid who asked if we wanted our room serviced was also very friendly. We were in town for a wedding so we didn't spend a lot of time at the motel but the staff is what set this location apart for me.

Just 3 miles east of Illinois State University. Chateau Hotel and Conference Center offers a heated indoor pool and sauna. Free WiFi is offered in every room at Chateau Hotel and Conference Center.
