United StatesVery nice and easy to get to. Parking was parallel street parking which wasn’t bad and we were able to find a spot each day that we went somewhere. SUPER close to the monument and other more tourist spots so that made things a lot nicer. As for the actual property is was so nice and it felt very homey and clean, I felt comfortable and didn’t have any issues that made me unsettled or uncomfortable at all. The host constantly checked in on use to make sure everything was nice and was super responsive throughout the stay which made everything even more enjoyable! Very appreciative of the communication and overall experience provided.

This place is exactly what you would expect from the title, a cheap place to stay in a good location. If you're not really fussed with comfort or luxury, and just want an affordable place (which is exactly what I wanted) close to everything you want to see in Washington, but having a private room rather than sharing in a dorm, this place is perfect. It's old and quite run down, but the room was clean, which is the important thing.

Good location next to Dupont circle with metro stops nearby. Complimentary coffee and basic amenities in great condition. Very clean and spacious rooms, great shower and shower products.
