The Hotel have a very convenient and access to the dubai mall and other nice restaurants nearby. The staff are very accomodating and nice. The breakfast are the best! Its clean and ambiance is so good. There are a lot of relaxing spots to just sit and relax at the hotel where you can read book. The view of the burj khalifa is captivating. The room is cozy and clean. Definitely will go back here soon!

I love the multiple areas for lounging and the staff is super friendly. The complimentary popcorn also made my 3 year old very happy. Almost forgot about the access to private beach and free shuttle, can’t fault this place. New favorite spot in Dubai and we’ll be back soon. Also had a sore throat and Amir was kind enough to send some hot lemon water with honey, to my room.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service is impeccable, everyone is so polite and dedicated to make you feel good. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are of very high quality. The bathroom&shower area, rooftop bar are all a dream. Beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby. They even sent a bouquet to my room when I mentioned how beautiful they are. The location is convenient to reach everywhere. They provided early check in around 7:30 am and late check out at 6 pm. Special thanks to Sayyed in the reception who ensured my holiday was at its best!

Este hotel de 5 estrellas ofrece cajero automático y servicio de conserjería. breakfast was very good option and very nice , location is close to the downtown a bit far from the JBR marina and the palm but nothing much if you have a car in town.
