The staff were extremely helpful and they always great you with a smile. The also called me via the room phone during my stay just to ask me if I am happy or if there is anything they can do from there end. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is superb

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and very attentive especially Noura, Lama, Karen and another one that I forgot the name. The hotel is clean and very well located The service was perfect. Breakfast variety was amazing. But need to add for example: 1- Arabic bread 2- PeanutButter crunchy 3- More salad options
