They paid attention to all my requests and responded positively. The interior of the rooms is very clean and modern and has a wonderful bathroom. It is located near Sevan Lake and you will be at Sevan Lake in 7-8 minutes by car. The air conditioning system in the rooms is very good and there are enough windows. I think it is worth staying and you can enjoy it.

It's on the main road, near the supermarkets, but it is quiet at night. I was there for the Armenia water festival, which I only realised when I walked out of the hotel and got a bucket of water in the face from a local child. So there was a cold shower and cultural experience included for nothing.

The owner is very nice, and you will be in very good hands with anything you need. The room was great, luxury even. They have a cafe also, so if you need food you don't have to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend you stay here if staying in Sevan.
