We absolutely loved this hotel! Everything is very clean, fresh, and new, and the staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming. The breakfast was great, and no matter which direction you look, you’re treated to stunning mountain views. We especially enjoyed the pool — the water was perfect — as well as the jacuzzi and sauna.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. A special notion for Gayane - the best receptionist in the world, very kind and nice who helped me to smoothen the checkout process. Tigra and Gayane helped me to book the transfer to Georgia, kept an eye on my camera when I forgot it, served a delicious breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, calm, new and the wooden works make it particularly attractive. Everything is pretty and very clean

Hotel is lovely! Beds are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The view from the window is fascinating. Air feels like pure oxygen filling your lungs. The day was chilly, and the Chef, a talented 28-year-old, believe it or not, offered a freshly cooked signature soup served in clay pot, topped with a delicious crispy crust. Yummy!!!!
