A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Nature Our family of four (two adults and two children) had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is truly one of the best in the area. Nestled in the forest and surrounded by breathtaking nature, the hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the lift to the Seven Rila Lakes. The rooms are cozy and impeccably clean, offering a welcoming atmosphere after a day of exploring. The service throughout our stay was exceptional – every detail was taken care of with great professionalism. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and while the breakfast was fairly basic, it was exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this type. Without a doubt, we will return to this hotel when we visit the area again. Just a few additional notes for future guests: • There are no air conditioners in the rooms. • The mattresses are quite soft (for our family). • There is no elevator. • The spa is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Overall, none of these points were an issue for us, but they are good to be aware of when planning your stay.

This property was amazing to stay at, it really took me by surprise. The instructions for everything were very clear, the room was very clean and neat, there was AC and the room was nice and spacious. WiFi worked amazingly! I have absolutely ZERO complaints😍!

They sent me a message ahead on booking and asked for arrival time. They said they can keep someone from the staff for me to Check-in if needed. But they also able to leave you the keys somewhere for self Check-in if needed. You will have a shared kitchen if you feel like cooking, a spa tube all year around and a swimming pool only in the summer time. Keep in mind not all the staff are English speakers but you can always use google translate for this matter. The area was quite at night so you will have no problem to sleep well at night. The bed can be splitted into 2 bed if needed which is awesome if you're staying with a friend and not your partner. Plenty off parking is available in the street for free. The TV was smartTV for those who want to stream their own TV Shows from Netflix or else.

The house is on a quiet street very close to the center. Everything you need is on a walking distance from the house - restaurants, supermarkets, a butcher’s shop, souvenir shops and all. The apartment was cosy and very well furnished, the patio was also very nice, especially the summer garden with the barbecue and with the rolling wall-windows were great for spending the evenings. Last but not least, the audio system with the USB/iOS cable output was cool to have in the summer garden. Much recommended, we would definitely stay again.

Hos The House - Central Boutique Apartments i Kjustendil er der udsigt til byen og en have. Der er gratis wi-fioveralt. I love the whole apartment. It was clean, cosy and well furnished. Bathroom was big and very good organized. Bedroom was really big and with extremely comfortable bed.
