Honestly, this is an excellent hotel. It is very well located, the staff is amazing, and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. We stayed for two nights at the beginning of our trip, and later, when we returned to Puerto Varas, we decided to change our hotel and come back here again. The second time, the room we got had a bathroom that was not as nice as the first one, so I would just recommend keeping all bathrooms as beautiful as the others, because the rooms themselves are lovely and the whole house is very cozy and comfortable. The attention from the staff is excellent, and the breakfast is really good, very punctual and with great variety. I especially want to highlight Sue from the staff. On our last day, we had an early morning flight and had to leave before breakfast time, and she kindly offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast bag for us. I truly recommend this hotel. The service is exceptional!

Check-in was easy and the staff were polite and helpful. The bedroom was clean, comfortable, and nicely presented, and the shower had perfect water pressure and temperature. Breakfast was good, and check-out was quick and hassle-free. The location is great!

I was there for a couple of nights. The place was clean, with towels and a private toilet. It was easy to get there and the person who was in charge was really nice and kind. Extra nice thing, they have tea or coffee in the morning and evening (for the "once"). Also they have jelly and eggs if we want to use them for free. We only had to get our own bread.

Great apartment where i stayed with my bicycle before starting my Patagonia cycling adventure. The man that works at the apartments was very helpful, recommending places to go to shop and eat. There are convenience stores right outside the apartment and a good restaurant down the hill a 5 min walk away. I would recommend staying here.
