Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Very clean. Good showers. Good place to dry your clothes if you’ve been hiking. Close to the bus station and it’s not too busy. Decent sound insulation. Nice breakfast.

Everything was amazing, we loved the place! The staff was amazing, they were all super nice. The rooms were small but for one night it is more than enough. The breakfast is served from 5 am which is amazing for all those leaving for Torres del Paine at 7 am. There is a big and cozy lounge with fire place where you can have a coffee, play some games or chat with other backpackers. The kitchen is big, you can cook there. Wifi works very well. One amazing detail is that you can leave a backpack (locked in a box) with things you won’t need during your hike FOR FREE which is really nice provided other hostels usually ask for extra fee for keeping your luggage. I definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. The service and location was great. Food options were great as well and well drinks.

Boasting sea views, Hostel Patagonia Backpackers features accommodation with terrace, around 400 metres from Puerto Natales Bus Station. Super clean. Staff were really nice and helpful. The owner Nic provided a lot of useful information. Location was good, 200m away from the bus terminal. The view from the hostel was amazing!

Close to both Puerto Natales Bus Station and Municipal Museum of History, Rufus Boutique is located in Puerto Natales and has a public bath and garden. Very nice and helpful crew, speaking a lot of foreign languages - a very unique thing in this country.
