Juan was very flexible with check-ins especially after returning from doing the 5 day hike at Torres del Paine.

Offering Bed & Breakfast and Full-board, Hotel Río Serrano + Spa is in Torres del Paine. There is an on-site restaurant and a garden overlooking the Paine Massif. A buffet breakfast is served daily. We had a fantastic stay! The room had a stunning view of the mountains, and the location of the hotel couldn’t be better—right near the park entrance and nestled in a beautiful valley, just a short walk from the river. The spa is great, featuring a large pool, saunas, and relaxing massages. The food throughout our stay was very good. The cozy lobby with a fireplace and scenic view made it a great spot to unwind, we enjoyed spending some time on the outdoor terrace with a traditional music and lamb on the grill. Horse riding was a highlight for our kid.

Boasting sea views, Hostel Patagonia Backpackers features accommodation with terrace, around 400 metres from Puerto Natales Bus Station. A really great hostel, the people running it was extremly friendly and welcoming. It was nice that it was so close to the bus station, the facilities were great and the rooms had an amazing view. Perfect to stay before and after visiting torres del paine! A great place to meet other travelers and share tips on patagonia.

Close to both Puerto Natales Bus Station and Municipal Museum of History, Rufus Boutique is located in Puerto Natales and has a public bath and garden. I had a wonderful stay at Rufus. It’s a small and cozy hostel, that makes you feel like home. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, a big plus they have 3 adorable dogs. They were very accommodating in the best they could. The rooms were spacious and super clean, the beds very comfy and the sheets like high end hotel. Bathrooms were very clean and showers had great pressure water. Breakfast were very good and filling.

The small kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals, which added a lot of convenience. It’s clear that the owner has excellent taste and takes great care in maintaining the space. The location is excellent, and the view from the room was truly impressive. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality.
