The welcome and warmth of Nico and all the staff was amazing. As a solo traveller this is so important and however many questions I asked nothing was too much. The atmosphere was lovely and this puts guests at ease and makes for a social and respectful atmosphere. Nico helped with ideas and car hire (which I wholly recommend). Views from the hostel are great and it feels very safe. I ended up extending my booking 3 times and had 8 nights here. I had to move rooms but this was no issue as the staff just moved my stuff if I was out trekking. Thanks all. 11/10

It was an ideal place for two couples to stay. Fernanda was amazing. She was very responsive to our needs and answered all our questions.

They helped us so much. The place is cozy and comfortable. The room was nice and clean. Bathrooms are also quite good. We felt like living with family. They also helped us get airport transfer. They also saved breakfast for us when we came back from the Penguin tour. Later in the week, even when we were not staying with them, they allowed us to camp at their place for a couple of hours to wait for the airport taxi. The warmth we felt was incredible. Thanks for making the stay memorable for us.
