Hotel Vendaval features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Puerto Natales. Hotel Vendaval was charming and lovely, with very friendly and helpful hotel staff who spoke English. The roof top deck and bar were awesome - fantastic views. Also had a great view from the room! The breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. The location is fantastic - easy to walk to everything in town and a short drive to the bus terminal. They were able to hold our luggage while we went hiking in the Torres del Paine National Park (we booked several nights here before and after our trek). Highly recommend, and would happily go back!

Practical rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered only a 10-minute walk from the seaside in Puerto Natales. The bus station is 600 metres away and there is a spacious shared kitchen area. Nice rooms, very quiet and cozy. Comfy beds, very good cotton linen. Warm lobby with good sofas and a fireplace. Very nice staff, the host Juan is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is really good and starts very early, great for those who plans to catch a morning bus to Torres del Paine.

Absolutely everything was fantastic, with no exception. The room we booked was extremely comfortable and the views were just incredible. Everything was up to perfection. Staff is very helpful and positive. The food and service at the restaurant and the bar were to the top level, very tasty, friendly service, fast preparation of food, etc. Prices though are quite expensive. The design of the hotel is great. Spa and other activities are also great. Although we ended up staying a couple nights here, we would have stayed much longer if we could.

The host Nico is a wonderful person who will help you with any questions you have and give you local advice. The volunteers are always mice and the guests are easy to get along with. It’s a home away from home in many ways!

Close to both Puerto Natales Bus Station and Municipal Museum of History, Rufus Boutique is located in Puerto Natales and has a public bath and garden. The service is amazing, owner run. They make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. Very friendly, clean and safe.

Andrea was so helpful and friendly, and made us feel extra welcome. We had delicious homemade bread for breakfasts. The room was cosy and warm with plenty of hygiene products. We were very happy there!

Beautiful view for the first night. 2md night was a room on the road side, still nice. Great position to cafe's and resturants.
