Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Really nice staff, cozy spot, nice breakfast and close to the bus station.

We chose a place in the area where we were walking, a comfortable room. Maintained by the owner. The room met all expectations, a beautiful, quiet place, we enjoyed breakfasts, everything was as promised.

Breakfast had a great variety, and lunch and dinner were consistently satisfying. A special mention goes to the cordero tasting, a thoughtful touch that gave us a real taste of Patagonia. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch: the water station with hot, cold, and even sparkling options was a welcome surprise, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the exceptional body cream provided—such a luxurious detail! The views from the property are simply stunning, adding to the overall magic of the stay. Overall, Rio Serrano exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to combine adventure with luxery relaxation in one of the most beautiful corners of the world.

Boasting sea views, Hostel Patagonia Backpackers features accommodation with terrace, around 400 metres from Puerto Natales Bus Station. The vibe and energy of everyone there was so amazing. Staff was so welcoming and everyone was so nice! I was there on Christmas Eve and we all came together and made a big Christmas dinner which made my entire trip!

Close to both Puerto Natales Bus Station and Municipal Museum of History, Rufus Boutique is located in Puerto Natales and has a public bath and garden. The service is amazing, owner run. They make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. Very friendly, clean and safe.

Perfect place! Beyond my expectation:) Cosy and clean room, looks better than pictures;) Good water pressure in the shower, clean spacious bathroom. Tasty breakfast (we got even delicious donuts🤤). Good location and very friendly staff😊 We had everything we needed!

500 metres from Municipal Museum of History, Loft By Toore Patagonia is set in Puerto Natales and offers free WiFi, express check-in and check-out and a tour desk. Great location, 2 min walk from corniche and 8 min to the center. When arrived room was cosy and nicely warmed up. The bed is very comfy. Kitchen well equipped so you can make a simple dish. Amenities fully stocked up. Room and bathroom clean.

Set in Punta Arenas in the Magallanes region, with Punta Arenas Beach nearby, Terrke offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The apartment was a huge space with two bedrooms and a very spacious living room and kitchen. Definitely exceeded expectations and the host was very friendly and accomodating.
