Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Friendly staff, comfy bad, rather quiet, we slept very well, breakfast at 6 am (buses to Torres Del Paine leave very early), convenient location 10 mins from bus station and 15 from city center.

It was an incredible spot. A splurge for a superior room had us directly facing the Massif with a stunning view. All of the staff throughout the hotel were fabulous....particularly server Bernadita and bartender Paula. We booked full board and did not regret it. A terrific range of cocktails, wine and fantastic food from appetizers to entrees to desserts. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Options for dining room, bistro or dining in your room were all available. There is a beautiful indoor pool, sauna and fitness room for use and spa services for additional cost. Special touch is lamb on a spit done many of the weekdays and available for tasting. A truly special place that exceeded our expectations!!

Boasting sea views, Hostel Patagonia Backpackers features accommodation with terrace, around 400 metres from Puerto Natales Bus Station. If you don't know "where to begin" your journey in Patagonia, this is the spot!!! I can't be thankful enough for all the info and knowledge Nico (the host) gave me! I actually saved money thanks to his advice. He's so knowledgeable and prone to help and explain and...I mean, he spent almost a whole day throughout only explaining to guests how they should organize and what should do to avoid overspending and stuff like that. The rest of the staff (volunteers) are also amazing! Thanks Johannah for the cinnamon rolls❤️ The hostel is also great! Is like 3 minutes away from the bus station and 15 minutes from the city center. You have a huge supermarket like 7 minutes away, coffee shops and some restaurants. The views from the rooms are amazing as well! I would definitely recommend it and if I ever come back to PN, there's no other place I'd stay!!! Thanks again for everything, Niko and the staff❤️

Close to both Puerto Natales Bus Station and Municipal Museum of History, Rufus Boutique is located in Puerto Natales and has a public bath and garden. Staff very friendly and location (close to bus station)

The studio is beautifully designed, very clean and comfortable. Great location and walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and outdoor shops!

Boasting a garden, terrace and views of garden, erratic rock is situated in Puerto Natales, 500 metres from Puerto Natales Bus Station. Owners are very nice. Very close to the terminal bus. Breakfast is settled up super early in order for travelers to eat before leaving and was very good. Also nice kitchen appliances and ustensiles.

Set within 1.9 km of Puerto Natales Bus Station and 200 metres of Municipal Museum of History in Puerto Natales, Hostal Like Home offers accommodation with seating area. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were so so sweet. They allowed my friend and I to drop off our luggage before the wtrek. When we checked into the room it was inside waiting for us. The house was also soooo cozy and warm. Check in progress was smooth and easy. There’s a cute little room to get water, tea and to put your food in a fridge as well. The beds were incredibly comfortable & shower had conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hand wash & hand towels too. The water pressure and heat was perfect. Honestly I could go on and on about how great this place was. Highly recommend! I would stay here again when I come back to puerto natales. It’s right in the center and so close to the water as well. STAY!’ U won’t regret it.
