The front desk staff named Tracy, she is really friendly and helpful, she even assisted me and my friend directly to the local waffle restaurant and the dish was truly delicious!!!! Tracy with her professional English skill and support needs to be rewarded. It made our short trip stay much more enjoyable and specially this is the first time we travel to Beijing!!!! The breakfast are just amazing! The staff very helpful and the bedrooms are for royalty but very comfortable and silent. Best location ever close to the main shopping streets.

My wife and I decided to spend our 20th wedding anniversary in Beijing. We initially booked Empark Prime Hotel in Beijing for 3 nights, and our experience was so good, we returned to Beijing for another 3 nights at Prime Hotel! They looked after us with great personal care, the room was filled with flowers, decorated beautifully with petals and teddy bears way beyond my expectations. Then the manager came personally to deliver a bottle of complimentary delicious wine from their collection. The location is perfect for shopping, eating and strolling along the Wangfujing district - so much happening in the avenue and on the new developments nearby, along with the old feel of Beijings with the adjacent Hutongs giving you an authentic and historical feel just a block away. The concierge was brilliant helping us with everything from ticket bookings, transport, online shopping and even food deliveries. The pool area is stylish and zen for a relaxing read by the pool after a long day, and the pool big enough for decent lap swimming. The breakfasts are excellent serving both western and chinese food, and the coffee is good! What more can I say, for the price, I've never stayed in such a nice hotel at that value.

Beijing Xiaofengxian Former Residence Hotel Tiananmen Square Qianmen Store tiene una ubicación conveniente en el centro de Pekín y ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado, salón compartido, wifi... El personal es fantástico, atento en todo momento. La localización es muy buena, muy tranquila en el interior de un hutong cercano a la plaza de Tiananmen. El envío de un coche para recogernos en el aeropuerto fue muy útil. Los desayunos en el lobby son muy agradables. Muy cómodo y agradable en general.

La anfitriona Sophie es una excelente persona! Fue muy amigable y amable! Recibí un tour por la muralla china y un servicio de traslado al aeropuerto que fue clave para mí estadía sola en Pekín. Realmente importante para moverme por china ya que era todo nuevo para mí! También me ayudaron a pedir comida vegetariana en un restaurante local. Pase solo un día porque estaba de escala. La habitación impecable y comodisima, buenísimas instalaciones y servicio. Sin duda volveré cuando regrese a china! Una gran experiencia

Happy Dragon Imperial Garden Courtyard Beijing Forbidden City Newly renovated Fluent English speaking está ubicado en el centro de Pekín, a 5 minutos a pie de Templo de Yonghe, y ofrece un jardín y... From start to finish we absolutely loved our stay at the Happy Dragon Courtyard. The hotel is situated in a traditional Hutong setting and is styled to match. The staff are all so welcoming, and all go out of their way to assist with all your needs. We did the dumpling making course followed by the traditional Chinese meal with local wines and beers and it was superb. The master chef was excellent at showing us step by step and complimented us with how well we did. The food he prepared alongside our dumplings was superb. We will definitely be back to this hotel when we return to China. The room is decorated in a beautiful style and the courtyard in between made me think of Yu Garden in Shanghai. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the addition of drinks provided in the room was great. We only had breakfast twice during our stay due to having activities booked early on the other days but when we did have it, it was delicious. The staff tended to all of our needs and even provided us with a breakfast package to take with us on our day of departure at 0530. The hotel is also situated in close proximity to the Lama Temple and line 2/5 on the Metro making it easy to get to all the main attractions.
